Warranty

All Wave Dancer Productions' kayaks are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years. This warranty is limited to the original owner and is only in effect if the warranty registration card has been file with Wave Dancer Productions.

	Wave Dancer Productions will replace or repair all items returned under warranty at its discretions and is the sole judge of warrantibility.
	Freight damage by carriers other than Wave Dancer Productions, improper storage, improper use, abuse, towing, normal wear and tear, or UV-degradation of colors is never covered by warranty.
	Kayaks used in commercial applications are warranted for a period of one year.
	Demo boats and blemish boats carry a one-year warranty except for the blemish.
	The customer must pay all return transportation, freight and packaging charges for warranty claims. All repairs by local dealers must be pre-approved prior to repair.

If you have a warranty issue with a kayak produced by Wave Dancer Productions contact our sales team immediately. Please have at the ready the kayak serial number, customers name, address, phone and a description of the problem. At that time we will instruct you how to proceed. Do not return any product until an authorization number has been issued.
